PingPro is a locally run desktop network monitoring application. All monitoring activity including ICMP monitoring, baseline captures, endpoint mapping, ARP and MAC imports, and performance measurements occurs entirely on your local device. PingPro does not collect, transmit, or store monitored network data on its servers.

We collect only the information necessary to provide account access and manage subscriptions. This includes:

  • Number of devices activated per account for license enforcement

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. PingPro does not store full payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's privacy and security policies.
