All monitoring activity including ICMP monitoring, baseline captures, endpoint mapping, ARP and MAC imports, and performance measurements occurs entirely on your local device. PingPro does not collect, transmit, or store monitored network data on its servers.

We collect only the information necessary to provide account access and manage subscriptions. This includes:
